The meaning behind Sperrys, Smiles, and Sunshine

Why did I name my blog "Sperrys, Smiles, and Sunshine" ? 

Well, the easiest explanation as to WHY is because I wanted a blog that I could express myself on, and it sounded good together. ;)

Sperrys are my favorite shoe, they are sneakers yet they look classy. They are my "preppy" shoe.

Smiles what can I say, I love to laugh and smile. 

Sunshine is the best thing about living in Arizona. if not for the heat that comes with it, i would say without a doubt that my favorite season is summer!

Heliophilia: (n) The desire to stay in the sun; love of sunlight.

I am almost positive that I have Heliophilia in every form. I love the sun and the warmth I feel when laying in the sun, and being tan:)

so i know this totally off topic and random, but i feel the need to discuss Gossip Girl. i just finished watching it all on netflix, and i have to say, it is by far one of my favorite shows. sure, if you really thought about it, the main plot was cheesy, but never the less that show evoked every emotion out of me: sad, happy, confused, excited, i even cried for Chuck of all people. but now i dont know how to feel, there are no more episodes for me to spend my nights watching.

OH and lets not forget Glee. after the death of Finn i vowed i was done with the show. i mean the only reason i kept watching it after all these years was to see Rachel and Finn be together and now that can't happen. ill admit, i bawled like a baby when i watched the Glee tribute episode. knowing that all of those emotions they had in the show were real only makes it worse. but life goes on, ill find a new show to to fill the void. 

i guess what i am trying to say is that everything, good or bad, must come to an end. it makes way for new things, we may not like the change nut it happens for a reason. and most of the time, change happens when we need it most.
